Saw a few more ticks downward on the scale today for a weigh-in of 176.2. I was actually pretty surprised by that as I may or may not have had a value sized fry from Mcdonalds at 9pm last night. I figured the sodium would send my weight skyward. I guess I'll take this as my one reprieve and get back to healthier food today. I had a busy weekend with lots of food included between girls night, a bridal shower and a lunch out with my family at Red Robin and I probably could have made some better choices when it came to some of the things I ate but I feel like the fact that I'm down 1.6 lbs from last Monday means I was pretty successful in handling things.
