Day 13 - Weekend Workout

I weighed in this morning at 176.6. I love how the scale just keeps going down. Went out with the family for a quick breakfast and some errands and then came home and debated with myself about going to the gym. I thought about it for a couple hours, tried to corral a friend into going with me and then just decided to suck it up, get off my butt and go. I'm glad I did. Today turned out to be my best workout so far....47 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the bike for a total calorie burn of approximately 750 calories. Awesome, I'm proud of myself for going though I didn't want to and totally rockin' it. Hope everyone else is having an amazing weekend. Time for bed for me, I have a gym date at 8:30 :)
