I did it. I did my first night of Jillian's 30Day Shred. It wasn't something I was planning but at about 8:30 I thought to myself, "Wow, I've been pretty lazy today and I'm bored. Maybe there's something on Exercise TV On Demand I can do." And lo and behold, there it was. Level 1 of the dreaded shred. Jillian kicked my @ss in a good way and I know I'll be sore tomorrow. I went upstairs to get something shortly after finishing and I was fine going up, but going down my legs were like rubber. I thought I was going to fall.
The good news is...I'm actually looking forward to doing it again. Depending on my soreness, I may or may not be attempting day 2 tomorrow. Wish me luck :)
