I decided to start this blog as a way of holding myself accountable for my lifestyle and health choices. The idea being if I keep track of things on here it's all there and black and white and I can't pretend that I'm making better decisions then I actually am.

I'm going to start weigh-ins tomorrow and make a list of goals and hey maybe someone will actually read this and give me some feedback, who knows? As for tonight though it's already 11:45am and the monkeys wake up way too early in this zoo.
