The Ramblings of a Wannabe Healthy Girl

Here we go with my starting over weigh in. I'm around where I thought I was, a couple pounds up from my low of 165 but not too far off.

Please don't lol at my toenail polish, I asked my daughter whether I should do green or purple and she said both, so I did a witches French manicure, green with purple.

Anywho I haven't started shredding yet, mostly because I've got a head throat cold thing going on but I did walk 3 miles today so at least I feel like I managed some sort of movement today. Eating has been good also. I feel like I'm ready to roll :)
